Welcome to the Greater Dayton Real Estate Investors Association (GDREIA)

Whether you are an experienced real estate investor or just starting out, we have something to offer. We can help with your needs from networking to training. This is our year of growth. The organization will recruit new member and improve member retention. You may have seen changes over the past couple of months; there will be more. We want to emphasize our Volunteers and all the work that they do to make our association run. We are adding new electronic equipment to keep pace with the growth. Stay tuned, as we bring it on board, I'll give you a "heads up" notice. I'm sure for all the testing there will still be some interruptions. I ask in advance for your patience! We have placed a table at the door of the third Wednesday meeting for guest sign-in just as at the first Wednesday meeting. Members will need to have their name badge with them just as at the first Wednesday. GDREIA is one of the REIAs that still allows guests to come to the first meeting FREE, which can either be the first Wednesday or the third Wednesday. So, if you are attending for the first time, be our guest. If you are a member, please bring a friend or neighbor. - Marsha Grosmann, President
